I ordered 50 PET white bottles, DHL was the courier. The tracking number showed the order was delivered on April 17th however there was no package at the door. The order was supposed to have Signature Confirmation but the DHL Driver did not come to my door to get a signature. Instead he threw it over the community gate and it landed on the sidewalk in the community. I know this because I saw the image that was uploaded by DHL. If this package would have had glass in it everything would have been broken based on the way DHL handled and disregarded my package. We looked around the community and even knocked on some doors and nothing turned up. So now my business is on hold because we don’t have any bottles to work with and are still being inconvenienced because we haven’t been reimbursed by DHL and have not received a resolution from my Sales Rep on Alibaba. DHL is to be held accountable for this. Had the delivery driver done his job correctly our package would not have been stolen.

I’m satisfied with the customer service. There was a problem with my order but Rachel sorted it out it very well.
